During the initial inspection on 4/4/2025, it was observed that the provider had an above ground pool. From the patio door, certification representative walked out onto the deck and observed the deck partially built around the pool. There was also a gate to the right of the patio door and leads to the ground. It was observed that there were footholds around the pool. From the footholds to the top of the fence that surrounds the pool, there was only approximately 36 inches. The pool also measured less than 48 inches on all sides from the deck and from the ground. The slates on the fence above the pool had approximately 7 inches between them.
