    Trampoline in the outside play area posed a tipping hazard as bars under the trampoline were not stable and the trampoline swayed back and forth. When trampoline swayed to on side, the other side lifted off of the ground. The wooden fence in the play area also had multiple pickets that were broken and not in good repair.

    On 12/22/2022, certification representative received a report from the city of Allentown that the facility's chimney was in need of repair and presented and health and safety concern. The facility's city license was temporarily suspended and facility had to close. On 1/3/2023, certification representative also spoke with facility that the chimney was in need of repair but that it was repaired on 12/26/2022. On 1/11/2023, certification representative visited the facility and further verified the non-compliance in person.
