The missing bricks caused there to be a hole on the side of the building in which garbage was observed to be collecting. There were two areas on the top right corners of the chain link fence that surrounds the outdoor play area that were damaged causing sharp metal pieces to be accessible to the children. The gate of the outdoor fence was detached on the bottom left side causing the gate to not open properly. The chain link fencing was observed to be detached from the vertical support poles in multiple areas.
