When asked which children were in their primary groups while staff person #3 was out of the classroom, the staff reported staff person #3 was just taking a child to the bus and the 5 children staff person #3 identified were in their primary group. Staff person #3 was not physically present with their primary supervision group while taking the child to the bus.
