Child #1 went through lobby area, upstairs to 2nd floor where child #1 was able to access elevator, taking elevator to lower basement level, exiting through exterior door on lower basement level, running up the ramp, through the parking lot and down the sidewalk into traffic on busy main road, where a passerby and child care staff were able to retrieve child #1.
