CCL discussed with provider during last visit on 2/10/26 the fire inspection would need to be requested in March by the program. Program will get a completed inspection done by the Tulsa fire department or Fire marshal of Tulsa by next visit and send a copy to CCL.

She has only completed 11 hours out of the 20 required training; she is only missing 9 hours. CECPD notified her on 12/12/2025, requesting additional hours to complete the renewal process. The Master teacher did not submit and then moved into Qualifications Not Met on 1/16/2026.
