414.15(d) · A school age child care program located in a public school building currently used for an elementary, middle or secondary public education program approved or inspected by the State Education Department is exempt from the requirements set forth in sections 414.15(b)(29)(ii-v), and 414.15(c)(29-34). Such program must maintain on file copies of the current certificate of occupancy issued by the State Education Department. If a program is not issued a certificate of occupancy, the appropriate local equivalent, acceptable to the State Education Department, must be maintained on file.
