Such training must comply with the federal minimum health and safety pre-service training requirements. Health and safety training received prior to issuance of the registration, may be applied to the initial fifteen (15) hours of training required pursuant to section 417.14(c)(1) of this Part provided that such training was received within twelve (12) months of registration.
