417.11(f)(1)(i) · All programs that choose to administer medications other than epinephrine auto injectors, diphenhydramine in combination with the auto injector, asthma inhalers and nebulizers, topical ointments, lotions, creams and sprays to children must have a health care consultant of record and must address the administration of medications in the health care plan in accordance with the requirements of section 417.11 of this Part.
