8.9.4.21 · B CAPACITY OF CENTERS
The center exceeded the allowable number of children stated on the license by either total or age as evidenced by 101 children were observed present in the center. The total capacity was exceeded by 30 children, and the capacity by age was exceeded by 44 children. The center had an event in which the school age children from the other centers within the same parent organization were present in the center. There were 35 children from the other centers in the indoor play area of the center. The director will submit a change of capacity application requesting the correct capacity. The center will not exceed the stated capacity on the license. ***CORRECTED ON SITE, the director sent the children to their respective centers and homes***
