The child(ren) in the School Age class classroom was/were left unattended when children were observed walking to the bathroom by themselves with no supervision from teachers. The children were unsupervised for an unknown amount of time.. the center will gather all the children that need the restroom into a group and walk them to the bathroom, they then will have the kids stand against the wall until everyone is finished, and then walm back to class.
