The educator does not demonstrate the ability to perform essential job functions that reasonably ensure the welfare, health, safety of children in care. ***Three educators in the classroom did not have knowledge of how or when a 5 yr old child left their classroom*** Conditions of operation have been presented to the center on 09/15/2023.
