The fall zone underneath the swing set is not adequate as evidenced by the energy absorbent material is not deep enough. I will ensure to add the absorbent material to the swing set landing areas. Finding Playground equipment is not safe as evidenced by the following: loose bolts, nuts on side wood barrier edging. Corrective Action Plan I will remove the wood barrier edging and reinstall a new one to ensure it is stable.
