See Staff Records 8.9.4.22 form for staff with an incomplete file. Immediately-One employee is leaving and never received her email in time for Quorum. Another employee just started and just received her email. Classes have been assigned. Other employee has to start over because of the change of the 45 hour trainings changing to 14 hour trainings. Preventative-We will make sure that the trainings will be started within the timeframe quorum states the email will be received. Monitorig-We will create a timeframe for classes to be completed.

From the review of staff records, it was determined that 1 out of 9 staff does/do not have documentation of the 45-hour entry level course or an approved equivalent prior to or within six months of employment. Educator will be leaving end of July. She was in the process of down it. She took the online part of classes but hadn't started the zoom classes. I will make sure everyone gets registered for the classes within a month of hire.

Educators in the Combination Classroom are not actively engaged with children when children were playing outside and educators were sitting down. I already discussed it with all staff that they are not to be sitting while on the playground and that they have to be interacting with the students. I will have them sign a form stating that they understand, and I will check on them School Age Classroom 8.9.4.24.H.2.:Educators are actively engaged with children. Educators talk, actively listen and respond to children appropriately by responding to children's questions and acknowledging their comments, concerns, emotions and feelings. A child in the Preschool classroom was left unattended when the educator and children were going inside from playing outside. Going forward from the incident we have implemented a safety line to be used when moving from one building to another as well as having two personnel when moving children at all times and will continue to do so to ensure this does not happen again.
