The center does not have a record of inoculations for a pet dog in the center. Records show that the rabies vaccine has been expired since October 2023. The director sent an email to the vet to get the dog's updated shot records, however, no one is in the office. They should be sent by next week. Dog was put away and will not be allowed back until the updated shot records are in. Additional Comments This follow up is in regard to the follow up done on 3/11/2024. Gave T/A on the following: The director is getting more mulch sent to put on playground due to high winds blowing some away and lifting the plastic from near the fence.
