A staff member in Classroom 2 did not wear non-porous, single-use gloves when changing a diaper. On 4/23/24 it was explained to the Director that educators need to wear gloves while they are changing a child's diaper. On 4/23/24 Director will talk to educators about wearing gloves during diaper changes and go over the diaper changing policy with them and have the educators sign the policy. Effective 4/24/24 Director will go into the classrooms weekly during diaper changing to make sure that the educators are wearing gloves during the changes.
