From the review of staff records, it was determined that 2 out of 3 staff records does/do not include documentation of current first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. The center failed to conduct an emergency preparedness practice drills for at least once a quarter. On 4/18/24 Compliance Officer reminds Director that Emergency Preparedness Drills are to be done every 3 months. On 4/19/24 Director will conduct an Emergency Preparedness Drill with children and staff. Effective 4/19/24 Director will write down in her calendar when the drills need to be done, so they can ensure the drills are being done properly.
