The child ran away from the gym while educator looked down to throw a ball to another child. The child ran passed the educator and went out the door. All available staff were asked to look for the child. Child was found 8 minutes later hiding behind the puppet theater, laughing and stated he thought it was funny to hear everyone call his name. Center has been trying to work with family to get additional support for child but has not been successful. Center will work with their ECECD SEED Consultant to get guidance and support for Blue Room Educators.
