Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: CPR Training ( 1 out of 1 Staff). Director advised this educator has her CPR certification, however had difficulty obtaining a copy of the certificate from previous employer. The child(ren) in the School Age class room(s) was/were left unattended when a child came into the class after being directed to go with her class. The child went into her classroom and was alone while the rest of the class was on the playground. The child was alone for a matter of seconds from the time she was told to go with her class and was seen in the class alone.. Director and all educators will ensure that no child is unattended at any time. When directing a child to go back with their class outside, staff will observe the child rejoining their class to ensure that they are never unattended.
