Immediate: 12/29/25 The Director will have the maintenance crew safely secure plumbing, request order done today. Preventative: Educators will conduct a daily inspection of bathrooms to ensure that they are in good condition. Monitoring: The Director will conduct a quarterly walk through and submit any facility fixture, request as needed. Preventative: Educators will file and store items adequately on weekly basis. The center’s first aid kit does not contain soap or thermometer. Immediate: 12/4/25 The Director will put soap and a thermometer in the first aid kit for classroom 10 and 11. Preventative: The Educators will replace any items removed or used from the first aid kit; the Director will take inventory on a monthly basis to ensure that the first aid kit is replenished. Monitoring: The Director will create a list for Educators to write down any items that need to be replaced from the first aid kit; she will replace those items as needed.
