The freezer in does not keep frozen food at 0 degrees (Fahrenheit) or below. Licensing observed temperature of freezer at 20 degrees Immediate- Director will start today look for freezer to be serviced, Director will notify licenseing of the date and time when freezer will be repaired. Well on site the director contacted repair compony , repair compony is schedule to look at freezer on 1/21/26 or 1/22/26 preventative-Director add check freezer temp to daily log completed by kitchen staff and director will check daily log as well and initial monitoring-effective today director will review daily log to check for any kitchen issue including the freezer and will address immediately.

The furniture in the 2-4 year old class are not safe in that the step stool being used for the sink is a chair. Director will be purchasing a safe step stool today. Children will not be using the chair any longer as a step stool as it is not sturdy or safe. Director will ensure children are only using the step stool moving forward

Sinks are being installed on July 5th, 2024 for inspection at the end of the day Friday.
