The home is caring for 9 children with no second educator present. Immediate: Secondary provider called primary provider to come back to the home, primary provider arrived 12 min later and was back in ratio. TA was provided. Preventative/Compliance Monitoring: Will ensure a second provider is present when more than 6 children are present, ensure to not leave children out of ratio between the two licensed rooms. Finding The home is exceeding the useable indoor activity and sleeping space which allows for 6 children. Corrective Action Plan Immediate: 9 children were observed in license room where capacity is only for 6 children. Primary provider moved 3 children into the other licensed room (living room area) Preventative/Compliance Monitoring: Measurements were taken again by CCS to ensure licensed rooms are designated, provider was not aware and believed her total was 12 children in one room.
