Immediate: on 3/23/26 CORRECTED ON SITE, Director had maintenance go and purchase a new carbon monoxide detector and it was installed while licensing staff was conduction semiannual visit. From the review of staff records, it was determined that 1 out of 30 staff records does/do not include documentation of current first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
