In the future all files will be completed in full. this file will be corrected within 30 days. 8.9.4.22.F.2.:A center will maintain dated weekly work schedules for the director, all staff, all educators and volunteers and keep the records on file for at least 12 months. The record will include the time the workers arrived at and left work and include breaks and lunch. Finding From the review of staff records, it was determined that 10 out of 10 staff records does/do not include a dated weekly work schedule that includes the time of arrival and departure and breaks and lunch. See Staff Records 8.9.4.22 form for staff who need to have a work schedule. Corrective Action Plan We will include this in our employee orientation in the future. It was observed that 9 out of 10 infant and toddler care givers failed to complete at least four hours of training in infant and toddler care annually or within six months of starting work. Returning staff will complete these trainings as soon as possible, the new staff will have 3 months to complete the trainings.
