Immediate: CORRECTED ON SITE provider had secondary move to an area where she was able to see all children. Preventative: Will ensure to sit in area with a view of all children during naptime and at all times. Monitoring: Will ensure to place a chair in an area where secondary can view all children during naptime, will remind secondary to always have view of all children in the room
