8.9.4.24 · J OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS
The fall zone underneath the slides is not adequate as evidenced by the energy absorbent material is not uniformly spread over the fall zone area. The playground has plenty of woodchips however they need to be raked under the slides to build up the fall zone. Center will do this right away and ensure that this is part of the playground inspection to verify that the fall zone meets requirements dailly.

8.9.4.29 · A HOUSEKEEPING
The garbage/refuse receptacle being used in the bathroom for Ducklings and lambs does not have a tight fitting lid. Center will ensure that all trashcans in the bathrooms have a tight fitting lid as required

8.9.4.24 · D DIAPERING AND TOILETING
The center does not keep a change of clothes and an adequate supply of diapers on hand for each child. ***In the last week of July 2023, the center did not an have extra supply of underwear available for a child that had run out of under wear in the two-year old's classroom. The child was not able to use pullups that the center had. The center was aware that child needed the underwear but failed to have the extra items**** Nalc as a center will buy underwear of all sizes to store in each classroom and advise the teachers to keep the office aware if the supply is gone for resupplying issues.
