The center failed to notify parents or guardians in writing of an incident regarding a child being left unattended outdoors. Director will assure that all staff are in communication regarding that all children are accounted for and all staff are aware of what children they have. Director held a meeting to go over regulations and policies. 8.9.4.21.C.1.:The licensee will report to the appropriate authorities the following incidents.
