Water coming from a faucet is above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Pre-K restroom faucets read 113 and 120 degrees, Early Pre-K restroom faucet read 113 degrees. IMMEDIATE: Owner advised that a contractor came out last week to check and correct all water faucets. Owner will contact contractor to request they come back to fix these and will turn down water heater temporarily. PREVENTATIVE: Owner will ask educators to notify her if they notice the water temperature is too hot. MONITORING: Owner will ask educators to touch check the restroom faucets monthly.

It was observed that the educators were in the children's faces redirecting inappropriately with the use of yelling.
