Upon arrival caregiver had 2m (drop-in), 8m, and 1.5 year old with no secondary present. Caregiver was asked to call parent of 2 month old to pick up child. Child was picked up within the next 5 minutes. Per caregiver, parent had a doctor appointment and asked her for the favor. Explained regulations regarding age ratios. Caregiver stated she agreed and understood. Her 6 year old son was in the home but not counted in the licensed room as he was in the other area of the home. Caregiver has shifts throughout the day as she does night care.
