It was observed that 1 out of 1 infant and toddler care givers failed to complete at least two (2) hours of training in infant and toddler care annually or within six months of starting work. The home provider will be in communication with her licensing surveyor regarding the required trainings according to the children under her care. 8.9.4.34 · J Outdoor Play

Playground equipment is not safe as evidenced by the following: visible cracks, worn bearings. ***Bicycles have visible cracks; the brown house has bird droppings*** The provider will remove the broken bicycles, will get new bicycles, and will put the new ones under the shade to prevent sun exposure. The provider will check the brown house every morning before the children arrive to verify that is clean from bird droppings. ***CORRECTED ON SITE, the home provider made the bicycles inaccessible to children and cleaned the brown house***
