The changing table in Toddler Room #1 was not clean as evidenced by excess dirt and food seen throughout the table. Immediate: ** CORRECTED ON SITE- Educator was able to clean and disinfect changing table. The center does not have verification of an annual fire inspection from the fire authority having jurisdiction. Director will call to schedule this. Last inspection expired May 2024. 8.9.4.29.H.1.:A center will conduct emergency preparedness practice drills at least quarterly beginning January of each calendar year. Finding The center failed to conduct an emergency preparedness practice drills for at least once a quarter. Corrective Action Plan Director will use calendar to schedule these drills so that they are not missed. Director stated they will be added the calendar where the educators have observations scheduled.
