The center failed to display in a prominent place that is readily visible to parents, staff and visitors the most recent fire inspection report. Immediate Action: On 2/7/2025, the Director will reach out to see if she can get a copy of the most recent fire inspection report and will post it immediately. The Director will cc the compliance officer in the communication and forward a copy to licensing for review. Preventative Action: As of 2/7/2025 and upon each fire inspection, the Director will request a copy of the inspection report. If it is not received within a week, the Director will ask again for a copy of the inspection report. Compliance Monitoring: As of 2/7/2025 the Director will periodically monitor the board where all required licensing items are posted. The Director will ensure that all items are current and posted.
