Feeding practices are inappropriate as evidenced by children sleep with a bottle in their mouth. We will have a staff meeting and go over the survey report. The educators will make sure there is no infant drinking there bottle while laying down. They will only be allowed to hold and drink while sitting up. From the review of staff records, it was determined that 4 out of 4 staff working more than 20 hours a week, has/have no documentation of at least 24 hours of qualified annual training, See Staff Records 8.16.2.22 form for staff with missing documentation of training. Will get training completed. 8.9.4.23.B.2.k.:Infant and toddler educators must have at least four hours of training in infant and toddler care annually and within three months of starting work. The four hours will count toward the 24-hour requirement.
