8.9.4.21 · B CAPACITY OF CENTERS
The center failed to post the maximum capacity of the playground on the doors to the playground. Immediate Action: Director will create a playground capacity form today 1/27 and post it. Preventative Action: Director will post the playground capacity on the door inside leading to the playground instead of posting it outside to ensure it does not get ruined by weather. Ongoing Action: Director will ensure that once a month she is checking to male sure that all signs are posted in center.

Menu was not posted at least one week in advance, for review by parents, caregivers and children. Immediate Action: Director will ensure to have a complete menu updated and posted for parents to see by 1/30.
