8.9.4.29 · D WATER AND WASTE
The center does not have hot and cold running water pressure in bathrooms. Immediate Action: Director will speak with the landlord to fix the water temperature for the sinks in both the boys and girls bathroom. Preventative Action: Until the temperatures are fixed, and in case in the future the temps change in the bathroom, the children will use the sink in the classroom that has the correct temp for warm water. Educators will have 3 children lined up at a time to ensure it is not to crowded in the sink area. Ongoing Action: Educators will check the temp of the water in the sinks in the bathrooms weekly.

The refrigerator in the office does not have a working internal thermometer. Immediate Action: On 09/19/2025, Director will go out and purchase a new thermometer for the refrigerator. Preventative Action: On or before 09/22/2025, Director will ensure that the thermometer was placed in the refrigerator.
