During the investigation, a witness observed the educator in the license room did not remain calm when trying to re direct child. Immediate Action: Will remain calm with children at all times. Preventative Action: Will take a minute to breath and remove myself from the situation and calm down. Monitoring Action: Will do check ins with my secondary caregivers to make sure everything is in order with myself. Finding Educator in the home failed to model appropriate social behaviors, interactions and empathy. Educators failed to respond to child in a caring and sensitive manner.
