Illuminated exit signs are not maintained in operable condition in the Infant - (6 wk. - 12 mo.) Infant 2 room(s). Director will contact Snider Electric to check exit signs and replace lights. We will check the exit signs monthly as fire drills are conducted. Monitor the exit signs monthly as well as working with Firehawk Alarm System as they check semi-annually. Preschool Classroom 8.9.4.29.F.3.:Exit ways must be kept free from obstructions at all times. Finding Exit ways are obstructed and do not permit free egress from inside the center to the outside in the Preschool room(s).
