Water coming from a faucet was not below 110 degrees (Fahrenheit). 122 Degrees Immediate: Provider will adjust the water heater temperature to ensure water from the faucet is below 110 degrees Fahrenheit on or by 06/23/2025. Preventative: Provider will check the water temperature daily for safety and will not alter the water heater settings from the safe temperature. Monitoring: Provider will ensure to always check the water temperature on a daily basis and confirm the water heater temperature is not altered and remains at a safe temperature for children.
