Once holder is installed Site Supervisor with roll hose and ensure that staff roll hose up with done. She will also ensure that it is added to the classroom checklist.

The center does not provide appropriate grouping for infants and toddlers as evidenced by children six weeks to twelve months are in the same room with children 13 to 24 months without any physical separation between the two age groups. Children ranging from ages 10 months to 28 months in a classroom I am in charged of the Head Start program, But I will be more aware of the children age in the EHS. Will put a work order to put add more sand. 8.9.4.24.J.3.:A center will place sufficient energy absorbing surfaces beneath climbing structures, swings, and slides (as determined by Subsection N of 8.9.4.8 NMAC). Based on the consumer product safety commission (CPSC) playground guidelines, grass, artificial turf, and rubber play mats are not energy absorbent material. A prohibited guidance practice was used in the 2 yr. old classroom as evidenced by the use of physical punishment by yanking a child by the hood of his hoodie. The Director is going to try to be more aware of the mental health of her staff. The director has been more active in the classroom and viewing cameras. Will assist when needed. Staff will give each other 15-minute breaks to help alleviate stress levels. The Director will have all staff take Quorum courses: Challenging Behavior: Reveal the Meaning and A Beginner's Guide to Resilience.
