The home's fire extinguisher does not have a tag with a date verifying yearly inspection. • Immediate- Caregiver called while I was conducting inspection and the extinguisher will be taken in today before 12 noon to get tagged. Will send me a pic of the updated tag. • Preventative-will monitor and check the extinguisher to ensure it is operable. A reminder will be set to ensure timely re-tagging • Monitoring- will set reminders and do monthly checks to ensure compliance of the extinguisher.
