Playground equipment is not safe as evidenced by the following: protruding nail heads or screws, loose bolts, nuts. SWING SET STAIRS (STAPLES), MONKEY BARS, BOLTS ON MOUNTABLE CAR EQUIPMENT (SIDE OF HOME) AND NAIL ON THE SIDE WALL Immediate-caregiver will ensure to remove, nail down, and screw in al loose nails and bolt and/or screw those that are protruding today.
