Water coming from a faucet was not below 110 degrees (Fahrenheit). 149 degrees : Compliant 07/02/2026 Plumber was called on the evening of June 10th 2016. He came in to change the temperature on water heater on the following day in the afternoon. Changes have been made accordingly to ensure the water temperature stay below 110 degrees (Fahrenheit). Update: 07/02/2026 Immediate-plumber was called 06/10/2026. He arrived the following day and adjusted the water heater in the afternoon. Water is now within required approved temperature. Preventative-changes were made to remain under the 110degree required temperature. Monitoring-will check water temperature quarterly to ensure it does not exceed 110 degrees
