The child(ren) in the Combination Class cheetah room and outside playground was/were left unattended when his class came inside, and the educator did not take a head count and took the children to the restroom, when she returned to the classroom, she took a head count and noticed the boy was missing and saw him on the other side of the outside door on the playground. The supervisor stated the boy was left outside unattended for an undetermined amount of time; however, it was between 5 - 15 minutes. On October 19, 2023, video footage shows a child was left unattended in their classroom for 30 seconds. The center was cited on 11/29/2023 and given a corrective action plan. 1.
