The center did not post the daily activity schedule. Immediate: On 7/14/25, the Director will print a new activity schedule and post in the classroom by 7/18/25. Preventative: Effective 7/14/25, the Educators will conduct their own walk-throughs and notify admin of any items missing to ensure they maintain compliance. Monitoring: The Director will check in with all Educators daily and will inspect the classrooms for Licensing requirements every day when checking in on classrooms. The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by sink coming off the wall. Immediate: On 7/14/25, the Director will notify the owner and maintenance personnel that this needs to be repaired. The repair will be completed by 8/14/25. Preventative: Effective 7/14/25, the Director will add this inspection to the maintenance log to ensure sinks are always in good repair. Monitoring: The Director will verify the maintenance logs by conducting a walk-through weekly and ensuring work orders are completed.
