An operable smoke detector is missing in each child activity room. On 10/3/2024 provider corrected this on site by putting a battery in the smoke detector. Ongoing, provider have secondary check the smoke detector every three months. They will use a checklist or calendar reminder. Finding The home's fire extinguisher does not have a tag with a date verifying yearly inspection. Corrective Action Plan On 10/3/2024 provider will take fire extinguisher to be tagged by the end of the day.
