Educators did not complete the following training within 3-months: CPR Training (2 out of 18 Staff), Health and Safety Training (2 out of 18 Staff) Immediate: Director stated that staff is working on completing the health and safety trainings. Director will schedule the CPR trainings for the two new staff missing the training. Preventative: Director will keep on top of CPR trainings for any new staff. Monitoring: Director will check files annually so that staff have current up to date CPR trainings.

The fall zone underneath the toddler playground structures/slide is not adequate as evidenced by the absence of energy absorbent material - the surface is carpet or unapproved artificial turf. Immediate: Director will take a look into the approved resilient material to replace around the large structure. Preventative: Director will make sure that in the future the playgrounds will have resilient material approved. Monitoring: Director will have staff keep on top of appropriate playground material to ensure safety on the playground.
