The center does not have verification of an annual fire inspection from the fire authority having jurisdiction. Inspection is expired as of 2/9/25. Director has been trying to reach the department to schedule an appointment. 8.9.4.29.H.1.:A center will conduct emergency preparedness practice drills at least quarterly beginning January of each calendar year. 8.9.4.23 · A PERSONNEL AND STAFFING REQUIREMENTS
The child(ren) in the center van was/were left unattended when transport driver took her child to pick up children and left her unattended in the van while she went into the school to pick up a child. The Center must update their Employee Handbook to state only children being transported to or from school are allowed in the transport van. Staff children are not allowed in the transport van unless being transported to or from school. Center has 10 days to submit to Licensing for review and approval of Employee Handbook update prior to distributing to employees.
