Water coming from a faucet is above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Immediate - Custodian adjusted water temperatures the same day. Licensing will conduct onsite visit at a later date to retest temperatures. Preventative - Effective 2/21/2026, The director will contact YDI admins to include water temperatures in monthly safety inspections. During the inspection, it was observed that the educator(s) in the Combination Classroom(s) was/were not calm when a stressful situation occurred as evidence by interviews conducted during investigation, revealed several situations where educator made inappropriate comments and was overwhelmed with child. Director will retrain staff on classroom management and how to ask for help during stressful situations.
