The caregiver did not keep a record of the drills with the date, time, number of adults and children participating, and any problems. Correction Date to be Completed: 05/10/2024 Provider will start practicing fire drills and disaster drills and keeping a log with the dates and times of each drill. Provider will practice both a fire drill and disaster drill for the month of April and send proof to department via email or text message.
