The premises are not in good repair as evidenced by molding coming off. Immediate: On 6/11/25 the Director will submit a work order to maintenance to fix the molding. 8.9.4.24 · H SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL RESPONSIVE ENVIRONMENT
Educators in the School Age classroom(s) failed to model appropriate social behaviors, interactions and empathy. They failed to respond to children that were angry in a caring and sensitive manner when educator was calling children nicknames that could be perceived as negative. "ratface" Immediate - Director and owner have already sat down and spoken to the educator about using different names/words when using nicknames for the children. Educator understood and wont be doing this again. Preventive - Director will ensure all names used in classrooms are welcoming/Appropriate for children and don't come across as mean or rude. Maintenance/Monitoring - Educator will get permission from children/families before using nicknames.
